Free laundry facilities on site. 24 hour security service. Property manager available to meet any of your needs. Our 12 unit condo complex is the closest to the beach in the Las Palmas development. Only 100 metres to the beach! The beach is very beautiful, clean and safe for swimming. A short 10 minute walk takes you to downtown Coco where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, casinos, supermarkets, bars and exciting nightlife. Also nearby, within a 3 minute walk, are a Mini Luperon convenience store and many nice restaurants and coffee shops. Playas del Coco is a well-developed area, only 20 km from Liberia International Airport. Roads are well-paved and you can be at the pool or beach within 25 minutes of leaving the airport! Rates are $100 per night, $700 per week and $1400 per month in Low season
