Maintaining the best condition is not easy, especially when you are away or as a guest you can have some unpleasant experiences booking with unexperienced teams.

This service includes managing all bookings on social media and platforms, scheduled maintenance, upkeep of the property/landscape, and bill payments if needed it.
🤩Property description is done by us with the following information provided by owners:
Property name
Rates (seasonal, nightly, weekly and monthly rates, minimum stay, cleaning fee and discounts, all to be discussed and agreed together with the owner)
Policies (payment schedule, cancellation policy and damage deposit)
House rules (pets, smoking, parties, additional guests, quiet hours, kid friendly).
👉If wanted by the owner, management will hire a professional photographer (additional cost)
👌Whether the house is occupied by guests or not, house inspections will be scheduled as needed and jobs done by gardener, housekeeping and pool maintenance team will be supervised.
👌Pre-stay guest communication
Quick pre-stay response to any home/activities related questions, ensuring guests have access to all the information and activities offered in the area. Booking confirmations, check-in instructions and review requests.
Prompt, personalized follow-through on rental inquiries. Timely response to every inquiry and confirm reservations 7 days a week, ensuring a streamlined booking experience for your guests.
Manage post-stay communication with travelers. Comments and reviews.

Walkthroughs with customized task checklists, including inventory of amenities. Housekeeping inspection. Contact owner or owner’s representative if any significant problems are identified.

We prepare the property for each rentals witha starter primarily amenities kit with the following.
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Dishwashing liquid
Dish sponge
Liquid hand soap
* This list can be customized by the homeowner. Stocking of these items will be
our responsibility and the costs for these items falls in the cleaning cost or if the owner wants additional items it will be reflected in the financial statement as an additional cost for the owner.

We will greet guests on-site, provide the keys and the rules of the house and answer any questions they have.
👌Check Out
A walkthrough after each rental, with customized task checklists, inventory of the important amenities and a housekeeping inspection. We will notify owner if any significant problems are identified.
