Today, something extraordinary happened. My little girl stood up in front of her class during career day and declared, “I want to be a tour guide, just like my dad.” My heart swelled with pride—our family’s passion for guiding isn’t just a job; it’s a calling that’s been passed down through generations.

Everyone in our family, from my sisters to cousins and even the in-laws has had a hand in guiding visitors through our beautiful region of La Cruz, showcasing our rich culture and breathtaking landscapes. It’s more than a career; it’s our way of protecting and sharing the heritage that binds us.

Hearing my daughter express her desire to follow in these footsteps touched a deep, emotional chord within me. It’s a sign that the love for our land and the stories we tell are alive and running through her young spirit.

In this moment, I see more than just a career path for her. I see a future where she continues to weave our family’s narrative, teaching others to cherish and respect our culture just as we do. This isn’t just a job—it’s a way to make a living by making a difference.

I’m moved beyond words knowing that my little girl wants to carry on this legacy. It reaffirms everything I’ve worked for and shows me the true impact of our family’s dedication. We don’t just guide tours; we guide hearts and minds.
