Duran Sanatorium and Orosi Valley Tour 👻🏞️

Duran Sanatorium it was a pioneering hospital in Costa Rica, built in 1918 to treat tuberculosis. Located on the slopes of the Irazú Volcano, this emblematic building, now declared a Historical Heritage Site, offers a window into the country's medical past. After its closure in 1973, it has been transformed into a recreational park, keeping its rich history alive and attracting visitors interested in its architecture and legends.

The Orosi Valley is a natural and cultural treasure of Costa Rica. Located in the province of Cartago, this valley captivates with its lush vegetation, majestic mountains and the historic Orosi Church, one of the oldest in Central America. 🇨🇷
