Our Story

Hello! We are Jay and Vale, business partners, best friends, husband and wife. We created Cooltour as a social and environmentally responsible entrepreneurship back in 2011. We offer sustainable tourism activities and work as a bridge between volunteers and Costa Rican communities in need. Our motiviation is to create meaningful and authentic experiences for travelers while at the same time contributing to the communities where we run our touristic services. We offer one-day tours and experiences, as well as multi-day trips virtually anywhere in this beautiful country of Costa Rica; from the Pacific to the Caribbean, all the way up to the Central Valley and the high mountains. Our Statements:
