We would like to introduce you to Izzy, the resident iguana 🦎 at Villa Maratón. It is very common to see Izzy sunning herself along the rocks and she is quite friendly as long as you keep your distance. She is accompanied by Iggy, who is double her size, you can’t miss him when he’s around!
You’re almost guaranteed to see some animals while staying here, whether iguanas, monkeys, pezotes, raccoons, toucans, parrots and a variety of different birds! If you’re up early enough you may see Army the resident Armadillo.
