Airport - LIR informa el restablecimiento de operaciones este domingo 17 de noviembre de 06:00 am a las 08:00 pm.
Para mañana tenemos previsto 47 operaciones y 17 adicionales que han sido reprogramadas de los días anteriores.
Se estima un alto volumen de tránsito de pasajeros durante el día por lo que le rogamos su comprensión. A los pasajeros le instamos a mantener una comunicación constante con su aerolínea para conocer la fecha y hora de la reprogramación de su vuelo de ser necesario.

Diagnosis: Tropical Storm Sara slowly begins to head toward Belize at 7 km/h parallel to the coast of Honduras, and is forecast to make landfall during Sunday morning. Due to its size, it generates rainfall over most of Central America. In Costa Rica, the influence of this storm begins to gradually diminish as the system heads towards Belize; however, it continues to favor the entry of moisture from the Pacific Ocean, producing weak rains throughout the country.

The weather in Arenal has been a bit rainier than usual, but it still feels typical for this area. This morning was really nice, then we had a light shower that didn’t last long, actually we were walking in downtown and we didn't need an umbrella as it was very light and warm as usual. The volcano has been partly covered by clouds, but we’ve gotten some clear views here and there. Activities are going as planned, and the operators are profesionals and monitor everything to make sure customers and staff stays safe.
