You will not be crammed aboard with 30-70 other booze cruisers. Our covergirl, Serendipity, is a classy 50 foot Beneteau Oceanis (she was featured on the cover of Sail Magazine). Because our yacht is a monohull, our guests experience the adventure of actually sailing. The waters in our area, Potrero Bay, are unique in that they offer flat calm waters, consistent breeze and breathtaking anchorage

s. We provide all equipment for snorkeling and fishing as well as lunch, snacks, fresh fruit and all drinks (beer, wine, cocktails, soda, juice). We provide quality food, attentive service and a safe and knowledgeable crew to create a great day for our guests.

Captain Brad and his son, Tahj, with a prized roosterfish they reeled in years ago! Looking at this old photo, it’s a reminder of how we’ve always been driven by adventure and a love for the sea. Long before we planted roots here in Costa Rica, we chased moments like these all over the world—from sailing in the South Pacific to backpacking New Zealand.

Costa Rica wasn’t just a destination; it became our home, a place where we could live our dream daily and share these experiences with family, friends, and guests. There is nothing more magical than an overnight trip on Serendipity! Imagine having dinner under the stars, being rocked to sleep by the ocean and waking up and going for a dip. We rarely are able to run these trips due to our tight schedule, but October and November are fantastic months to plan an overnight trip on Serendipity.

We have three cabins available to guests and 2 bathrooms.

Imagínese cenar bajo las estrellas, ser mecido por el océano para dormir y despertarse para darse un chapuzón. Rara vez podemos realizar estos viajes debido a nuestra apretada agenda, pero octubre y noviembre son meses fantásticos para planificar un viaje nocturno en Serendipity.

Ideally we would have sunny skies and light wind for all of our sails. However, during our rainy season it is not uncommon to have intense, but short lived showers. We have plenty of areas on the boat where you can wait it out and stay dry. If our captain feels the conditions will be miserable or dangerous, he will cancel the tour. This could happen at anytime before the trip starts. If we can reschedule your reservation we will. If we can’t, we will give you a full refund.
