"Hello everyone... We have just experienced a rather disturbing event at Playa Hermosa, near Uvita, and we want to share it with you so that you remain cautious during your outings.

We went for a walk on the beach towards Uvita, and two masked men armed with knives and machetes suddenly emerged from the woods and robbed us of all our personal belongings (cell phones, professional cameras, and our backpacks...).

PS: Do not walk alone on deserted beaches with valuable items..."
