That’s “the way” to handle a National Emergency! It’s good that the people of Costa Rica use humor to look at situations otherwise embarrassing and ridiculous. Four days after the collapse of the bridge, no work has been done because the “geniuses” who planned the emergency work didn’t think to include the screws for the panels... So, I’ll make a second attempt now to cross it walking.
