Gerardo grew some huge plantains in the EcoVida garden in Playa Bejuco. He shared some with our guests and the others he will share with the neighbours. Gerardo always shares anything ripe from the garden and often even cuts fresh coconuts from the beach to share too. He is the best!

Some cows made an escape and were out enjoying the neighbourhood in Playa Bejuco yesterday.

When driving around Costa Rica please keep an eye out for cows, horses and other animals on the road. They like to explore this beautiful country too and sometimes they also use our roads.

We are so lucky to have the Esterillos Town Center just a short walk from the EcoVida Cabinas. It has a grocery store, restaurants, Doctor's office, Pharmacy, Dentist and more!

Good morning from Playa Bejuco.

We feel very thankful that the EcoVida Cabinas were fully booked for Semana Santa (Easter), and we had the most wonderful guests over the holiday.

As high season comes to an end and we begin our transition into low season, we have lowered our rates and hope you will come stay with us while the weather is still sunny and beautiful.

We took a bike ride over to the neighbouring beach community of Esterillos Este. Did you know that our gardener, Gerardo, has a few bikes that he will rent to our guests staying in the EcoVida Cabinas? It is a fun way to explore Bejuco and Esterillos Este.
