Villa Avalon sleeps 19 with full time cook, maid, gardener & concierge service to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Villa is 100m above sea level with a wonderful sea breeze and is within a secure gated community. A golf cart is provided for 5 minute beach trips to Playa Blanca a beautiful white sand beach. The Villa has a 40m swimming pool, large whirlpool bath, pool table, foosball table, bar & gym. The Villa:
Villa Avalon, is located on the central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica in a secure gated community, within Punta Leona overlooking Playa Blanca, a beautiful white sand beach. The house has 7 bedroom suits sleeping up to 19 people and a full time maid, cook, gardener and concierge service to make your stay is as comfortable as possible. The house includes a 40 meter swimming pool with a 33 meter lap lane and outdoor gym/weights area, with a large whirlpool bath on the above balcony. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and external barbecue area. There is also a large lounge space with TV, full size pool table, board games, enclosed bar and plenty of relaxation space, with access to Wi-Fi and a telephone. The Villa takes advantage of an incredible panoramic view of the ocean and forested mountains, with sunset views all year round. Due to its 100m elevation above sea level, the villa experiences wonderful refreshing sea breezes most afternoons. In the mornings you can expect to wake up to a troop of monkeys or a couple of Scarlet Macaws that like to feed on the many fruit trees surrounding the villa; you can even spot the occasional school of whales swimming in the Gulf of Nicoya below. Being in Costa Rica, nothing is ever too far away, there are countless activities and excursions you can book,
and we are happy to give advice and ideas from our own experiences, having been on most of the tours ourselves! Villa Avalon and the Punta Leona resort area are truly a family friendly location and as such does not permit inappropriate behavior that can sometimes be expected with events such as "wild" bachelor parties and the likes, we do this as it is truly a loved home and we wish for it to be treated and used as such by its renters. I greet guests on their arrival to show villa and check on daily. I also do pre-stock before arrival and am available by phone 24/ 7. I can help with booking tours, cars , restaurants, spa treatments ,airport transfers, fishing trips, golf etc. The neighborhood:
The Villa is situated within the resort of Punta Leona. The actual condominium is called Altos de Leonamar which has 24/7 security. Getting around:
A golf cart is provided for access to Playa Blanca and the local resort shops etc. Organized trips provide all transport. Taxis can be arranged. Shopping for groceries etc. can be carried out by the staff upon request. Other things to note:
