Alta Vista offers 2 studio duplex apartments, a 1-bedroom house and two 3-bedrooms houses - all with a light variation of the grogeous view of the Pacific Ocean! All of our units come with kitchens, washer/dryers, gas

grills, and all the luxuries of home. Casa Paloma and Casa Barba Roja, our 3-bedroom homes, also have private pools and expansive deck spaces which are both with a roof and also partly open-air. In 5 minutes of walking, you can be in one of any of the 15 nearby restaurants, Manuel Antonio best spa (Spa Holis, with yoga, pilates and aerial yoga classes), Manuel Antonio's newest and best gym (with Zumba classes and all brand new equipment), a bank, a car rental company, 5 international grocers, and 4 souvenir stores. The beaches are a breeze to reach either in your own rental car or via taxi which will take 4-minutes to get there. Our warm and welcoming staff will treat you like royalty and will ensure your vacation is exactly how you want it. We provide maid service Monday-Saturday and our concierges, Josue and Chris, will help you arrange tours and activities in the area, private chef services, as well as transportation to and from Manuel Antonio.

We encourage our guests NOT to participate in activities such as these. These animals are wild and need to stay that way. This is harmful to the monkey who sees humans as their source of food. Not only are the sunscreens and lotion on your hands harmful to these animals, but these white face monkeys can be mean. Keep you distance. So disheartening.
