"The house is stunning!" (First text from our first guests). Today we set them up with a private surf lesson at Playa Colonia in Uvita, where they basically had the beach to themselves...and had so much fun they're going back tomorrow. Off to a good start...or I guess you could say we're back :)

Buenas tardes!
We are very excited to share with you that we have a new Costa Rica vacation home that we will be offering for rentals starting Thanksgiving 2023! As a guest of one of the homes we previously owned or managed (Casa Sonidos del Agua, Villa Grande, or Playa Vista), or someone who booked but wasn't able to come during the pandemic, we'd love to have you stay with us at our new home in paradise. We're offering you the ability to book at a reduced rate before we market on Airbnb and Vrbo.

Casa Vista Sirena is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (all en-suite) home that sleeps up to 14 people with an open floor plan, infinity pool, and expansive ocean view. As we were considering the location for our next chapter in Costa Rica, we wanted to ensure we were able to provide ourselves and our guests privacy and a luxurious experience, but within minutes of amenities. The Escaleras area above Dominical in the Southern Pacific zone fits our requirements perfectly. It is 20 miles south of Manuel Antonio and very quiet, with many amazing beaches and waterfalls within 15-20 minutes. It sits 5 minutes above the Costanera, and there is a small village at the road with an upscale restaurant, market, and spa. The town of Dominical is 5 minutes north from there, and the famous whale tail in Uvita is 20 minutes south. This area is growing and special, with just a few houses spread along the road...and still very quiet and peaceful. Many of the excursions you took from our other houses are equal-distance or closer to Escaleras. A map is included for reference.

We are including a few pictures of the home to give you an idea of your view and the open concept. That said, since it is a brand new home with no rental history, we need to put the finishing touches on it before we open it to guests. We're spending the next 2 months upgrading the fixtures and furnishings and will have more pictures to share in November. Our same services come with this home, where we'll help you with everything from transportation to excursions to chef and massage services.

Rates for the home once complete are listed below. If you book with us by October 15, we're offering a 10% discount off list prices, which are already set low to build the business. You also will not incur fees or taxes if you book direct with us. Simply respond to this email with any questions, or with your dates and group size, and we will send you a rental contract and deposit instructions. It will be first-come-first-served based on email responses.

Rates are per-night, up to 10 people. $50/person/night after the first 10 people. Minimum 5 night stay.

Green season1 (Sept-Dec except Thanksgiving and Christmas): $400
November 17-26 (Thanksgiving week): $600
Christmas week: $1000
New Years Eve week: $1200
High season (Jan-April 15 except Easter): $600
March 24-31 (Easter / Semana Santa): $700
Green season2 (April 16-May 23): $400
US Summer (May 24-Aug 31): $500

The bedroom setup is as follows. All bedrooms are large and have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1: ocean view, slider to pool deck, 1 king, 1 twin
Bedroom 2: ocean view, slider to pool deck, 1 king, 2 twins (private loft)
Bedroom 3: rainforest view, 1 king, 1 twin
Bedroom 4: rainforest view, 1 king, 2 twins (private loft)
