Shinkei jime

If you haven't heard the term Shinkei jime before, or have and aren't sure what it means basically it's the destruction of the spinal cord to delay rigor mortis in fish ,resulting in exceptionally better quality of flesh 🐟🍽

In the coming weeks we will going deeper into this subject explaining how the process works and also the benefits of performing Shinkei jime on the fish you catch.

We also have some very exciting news to share with a new product release coming shortly to perform this very technique! 💥
