Hello Selva, nestled above the other villas and over looking this pool, this unit is lovely for a couple on a get away vacation or a small family traveling. The second floor unit has a cute balcony with an outdoor sitting area and hammock perfect for a cafécito in the morning. With equipped kitchen and A/C it’s a little gem.

While visiting, we recommend taking a little trip down the coast. Carrillo, Camaronal and Punta Islita are a must! You can rent a car, quad (4 wheeler) or taxi! And if you’re a bike rider, that might be just what you want for a day trip!

Let’s talk about upcycling and sustainability practices. On site we have a lovely tree; the magnificent Espavel. A few months ago, we did some trimming to ensure it’s overall health. Just last week, our lead builder and fixture extraordinaire Charlie, made a bench out of the trimmed branches. How about that 👏👏👏
