- 500 horas en turbina
- Nacionalidad costarricense, permiso de trabajo, o residencia.
- Licencia comercial e instructor emitida por la DGAC de Costa Rica
- Certificado médico DGAC tipo 1
- Proficiencia lingüística mínima de inglés 4 de OACI o equivalente manejo del idioma.
- Sin accidentes en los últimos 5 años

Preferiblemente:
- Disponibilidad de inicio dentro de los próximos 30 días
- Cursos o experiencia en Bell 206 series, 407, y modelos Robinson
