- Birdwatching
This versatile tour is for bird lovers who want to customize there experience. Clients can describe what type of birds they seek to see, and the tour guide will create a tour that maximizes the amount of birds you can see, and the variety of species. This
is a unique tour not to be missed!
- Whale watching
This half day tour, roughly 6 hours takes you through the Sierpe Mangroves and out into the Pacific Ocean during the whale migration season. Clients will enjoy a beautiful boat ride in the ocean while seeing humpback whale breaching and jumping through the waves sometimes just a couple hundred meters away. The migration season starts in late July through November, with the best months being August- October. You do not want to miss this amazing experience!
- Mangrove tour
This half day tour takes you through the internationally protected Terraba-Sierpe Mangrove Forest. This relaxing boat ride brings you up close and personal with the 5 different mangrove forests and the tropical animal life that lives inside them. Clients can hope to see 3 of the 4 species of monkeys that live in Costa Rica, crocodiles, caymans, sloths, toucans, snakes, scarlet-macaws, and much more!
- Indigenous Boruca Reserve
Come discover the life, culture, and history of the Boruca Indigenous Tribe. Clients will be able to take a walking tour through the reserve, visit the museum while learning about the history of the people who live there. Then, clients will be able to watch and interact with local artisans who do weaving and mask carving and see the process from beginning to end. Clients have a change to eat "typical food" that is wrapped in banana leaves. A beautiful tour that remembers and honors a rich part of Costa Rican history.
- Night hiking
The Night Hiking Tour takes clients to the other side of the Sierpe River to discover a whole new ecosystem. This tour begins at sunset and last 3-4 hours. Clients walk through the forest with the goal to find the the various colorful poison dart frogs, yet will come in contact with other wildlife such as snakes, nocturnal birds, crocodiles, and tropical insects. Clients will learn how these animals interact with the forest around them, and learn how these small animals have a huge impact on the environment and nature that surrounds them. Remember your flashlight!
- San Pedrillo Corcovado National Park Tour
One of the most popular hikes in the Osa Peninsula is through the Corcovado National Park. Begin with an 1.5 hour boat ride through the mangroves and out to the Pacific Ocean. Once inside the park, you will take two hikes through the forest, finding various wildlife, where 2.5% of the world's biodiversity lay. Enjoy a homemade lunch at the Ranger station while enjoying a beach view before hiking to waterfall in the afternoon. And unforgettable experience to be had for all.
-Sirena Corcovado National Park Tour:
Go deeper into the National Park with this all day tour.The tour begins with a two hour boat ride to the Ranger Station. This 3-5 hour tour takes you hiking through the primary and secondary forests of Corcovado where many of the larger, rarer animals roam freely. A part from seeing various hards, birds, and monkeys, tapirs, pumas and wild boars can sometimes be spotted. After hiking you will enjoy a homemade lunch on the beach and return back in the early evening.
