La Vida Mar has never been rented as it is a private home. This is the first time the owners have decided to offer their amazing one-of-a-kind home for rent. This home is only rented as a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence. There are two master suites right off of the pool deck with spectacular views of the beach and one-bedroom towards the front of the house with a kitchenette and a separate entrance which works great for a nanny or adults that may want to go out at night and come in and out without disturbing the other guests. The main kitchen is a well-equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with seating at the beautiful quartz island or in the dining area with its gorgeous custom-made Dragon-Wood table, benches, and chairs.

The pool at La Vida Mar is a full saltwater pool that gets professionally cleaned once a week and our maintenance person skims daily. The pool also has an 8-person propane heated whirlpool bath that heats to 103 degrees in less than 20 minutes. All of the jets are positioned to hit you perfectly in the lower back after a long day of surfing. The pool deck is nothing short of amazing with its spectacular views, sunsets, saltwater pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, commercial gas grill, shade covers, and a beautiful Guanacaste wooden table and benches for ample outdoor dining. La Vida Mar has flat-screen TVs in each bedroom plus the living room which are all hooked up to a USA Satellite Dish Network, so there is no need to miss any favorite shows, NFL games, On-Demand sporting events, et cetera. The home also has multiple internet connections so there are backups if the main connection fails as, we understand the importance of connectivity due to work, school, et cetera. La Vida Mar has a massive backup Caterpillar generator the runs the entire home when the power goes out. There is a medical-grade water system called Vero Water Systems installed in the kitchen which will supply your drinking water at a medical-grade level. The home also has a 15,000-liter water tank in the basement with three filters on it that get changed and cleaned weekly. La Vida Mar has a state-of-the-art misting mosquito repellent system around the entire property using an all-natural and safe insect repellant that mists early in the morning and at dusk. The entire fenced-in property of La Vida Mar has astroturf as grass to save water in the dry season of Guanacaste. The property has running lights about two feet tall out of the ground for well-lit pathways and extra security. La Vida Mar has a two-car garage plus a carport that is large enough for two additional cars. Offered in the rental is a tuk-tuk which is a three-wheeled vehicle popular in Thailand and a great way for guests to explore Hacienda Pinilla or even just to go to the Beach Club. Boogie boards, surfboards, and beach chairs are also included with this home. Hacienda Pinilla is 4,500 acres of housing communities and pasture land with an 18-hole golf course, horse riding stables, over 30km of bike trails and running trails, tennis and pickleball courts. The JW Marriott also calls Hacienda Pinilla home with a full spa and restaurants that guests can access. La Vida Mar provides a concierge service during your vacation and is only a phone call away. They live close to the property in case of any emergencies. La Vida Mar provides a full-time maintenance person Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm to ensure the property is in pristine condition. Our maintenance guy has worked with the owners for many years and completely understands the importance of privacy. La Vida Mar has contacts with private doctors for any medical needs including serious medical emergencies or simply in-home Covid tests to return home if out of the country. This home takes security seriously as it is completely fenced in and has a laser beam protection system, hurricane-proof windows, a full 16 camera security system around the entire property outside and common areas inside. Also, beginning at 9pm at night until 7am, a security guard patrols the 12-home community of Avellanas that La Vida Mar is in with a trained security dog. Not one single theft or incident has ever happened in this community since it opened. When you arrive to La Vida Mar, you will receive a remote control to the electric gate at the front of its property.
