Ideal location. Sleeps up to 16 people. Ideal for family and friends. The Villa offers 3 spacious master bedrooms, on first and second floor, each with their own full en suite bathrooms. On the 3rd floor, there is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, a double bed on bottom, single on the top, equipped with it’s own bathroom. Steps

away from the Villa, there is an additional small house, commonly called a casita,. It has a double and a queen size bed, a small kitchen and bathroom with a/c, free fiber optic internet and Smart tv. There are independent A/C units for personal setting throughout the Villa, free high speed fibre optic internet , wrap-around 2nd floor balcony, large Smart TV and a full size washer and dryer. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 6 burner stove, modern appliances, dishwasher and all the necessary dishes to prepare a feast and share a meal. The outside pool area and patio, are equipped with a large dining table, lawn chairs, a grilling area, as well as a bathroom for easy access. We are enjoying our “Green” season and all the growing fresh fruits and vegetation all around us. The ocean water temperature is the same as summer season. It is easier to explore and get into waterfalls and excursions as it isn’t as busy a tourist season.

Antes de 1968 el volcán Arenal ya presentaba actividad..

Con el paso de los años, el agua de la quebrada Platanillo se volvió no apta para consumo humano, algunas cabezas de ganado morían a causa de los gases emanados de una grieta, se producían los enjambres sísmicos en 1961 y 1964, y se secó la laguna Cedeño.

En 1967 se informó de un aumento considerable en la temperatura del río Tabacón.

En mayo de 1968 empezaron los temblores y se produjo un ascenso de magma desde el manto.
Y el 29 de julio de dicho año se dio una explosión que destruyó los pueblos de Tabacón y Pueblo Nuevo, mató unas 87 personas, y creó tres cráteres.
