Together Christi and I have built over 30 homes in our lives. Our partners actually did the building but we as co owners helped design and Christi does the incredible decorating of the 5th house you can see on our page or on vacation rental sites. You can also see the reviews she gets.

Between the Casa Bali houses we built in Avellanas, Beachwalk, and Casa Ruby in Tamarindo that we lived in for 5 years, she has designed and we have built arguably some of the nicest homes in Avellanas. Architectually the most interesting as well.

We are very excited that at both Howler Ridge and Avellanas there is finally going to be public water at both sites and both will likely explode in growth and evolution as communities God willing and economy supporting.....

Keep an eye out for more Beachwalk development in the near future....

Over view of video. This one is missing the fifth Villa of the project which is now completed and ready for rental and or purchase. These are vacation rental income stream investments more so than private residences. They are designed to be used for short term vacation stays not as a private residence. They produce great cash flow and owners can stay up to 75 days in a row. The fifith one which has just been completed is positioned beside the one on the bottom left so it is next to it to the left of it...photos and new overview video soon..
