Hello, my name is Brian and I have been visiting Costa Rica for 4 years now. I have fallen in love with this unique place and would love to be able to share the beauty of the Osa Peninsula with you. Primarily Puerto Jimenez, Drake Bay and Los Planes which is close to the property in the middle of the rainforest where I have spent most of the time. For some of you visiting a foreign country when ma
ybe you have not traveled much or may not speak the domestic language can be intimidating, I want to be able to set your mind at ease. I can do this for you by helping you book your flights, both international and domestic, I will also be the familiar face you see who greets you at the small airport in either Puerto Jimenez or Drake Bay when you step off the small hopper plane for the first time. There will be comfort in knowing I will have your ride from the airport to your accommodations taken care of. There will be food in your refrigerator, maybe even a case of beer if you have chosen the option of a private place to stay. (limited by availability) There will be no worries for you or your family, I will be available to you throughout your stay to help you plan tours, see certain sights and to provide general info and advice as to what to do and enjoy during your stay in Costa Rica. If you are like me I like to be active while on vacation but at the same time not feel like I have to do something, if you want to lay on the beach for a day or two to decompress so be it. Yes, there will be opportunities to go visit different beaches, check out a dolphin or chocolate making tour, maybe go horseback riding, zip-lining, see a waterfall, but for the most part you will decide when you go see or do what. The first part of your trip will be spent on the beach near Puerto Jimenez, with options of seeing the small town, dolphins, beaches, Matapolo (a beautiful place with a waterfall – best seen Nov to Jan) or maybe going on a chocolate making tour. The second part of your adventure is about the rainforest, seeing and to spend time in this beautiful, peaceful, unique setting. There are some trails to go for a hike, spend time down by the waterfall – can swim and walk down or up stream depending on the water level, lounge in a hammock with the opportunity to see and hear some incredible animals and birds. You can also rent a horse to go horseback riding to the beach, zip-lining and maybe even visit Drake Bay. The choices are endless and you will not be able to see everything so it is important to pick and chose wisely. For me, it only takes a day or two to arrange any of these tours or adventures for you, all you need to do is let me know and I will take care of the rest. For more information, please email [email protected] or take a look under Notes for more info. Also be sure to check out the pictures and videos, all of them I have taken on my own adventures and I hope to share these experiences with you in person. Pura Vida,
Brian
