Hola! I'm not the owner of these, just connecting potential renters with the owners that have asked me to assist.

The rustic wooden cabin is rented. Check back in February or March for this one! Price includes wifi and water and is located in Hermosa, which is between Uvita and Dominical. It has one long rectangular shaped bedroom with a double bed, desk, chair and closet/storage area. Has a new refrigerator and new 6 burner stove with oven. Has a washing machine for clothes, nice patio with picnic table and benches and area for parking. Pets okay. Safe and tranquil place to live!

UPDATE, RENTED/NOT AVAILABLE
The next is also in Hermosa and it's 2 units side by side. One has 2 bedrooms and the other has one. Each has its own kitchen, bathroom and ocean view. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is required but is also walking distance to the beach. Pers okay.

The third is a rental in Domincal for $600 per month, includes water, tenant pays wifi and electric. Pets okay.

RENTED/NOT AVAILABLE
The fourth is also in Dominical, studio style. $450 per month includes utilities. Option to rent without AC for $350/month.

Each of these rentals is a ONE MONTH MININUM and are available now!

The fifth option here is a brand new house, still under construction at this moment, located in Hermosa, and will be available around November 15th. La estrella de mar es un animal invertebrado que se caracteriza por tener cinco brazos que terminan en punta. Evidentemente, esta forma es la que le da el calificativo de ‘estrella’.

Cabe destacar que la estrella de mar no tiene cerebro, pero sí un sistema nervioso muy complejo debajo de la piel, en forma de redes y anillos, que envía la información a los brazos para que estos se muevan.

Este curioso animal marino es muy sensible a la luz, a los cambios de temperatura e, incluso, a las distintas corrientes marinas. Por ello, no es capaz de sobrevivir fuera del agua ni tampoco en aguas que no sean saladas. Asimismo, es muy sensible al tacto.

Al igual que los demás equinodermos, la estrella de mar posee un sistema de locomoción muy interesante: sus brazos mueven como si fuesen una rueda. Y en caso de pérdida, son capaces de regenerar sus miembros.

En el extremo de cada uno de los brazos, la estrella de mar tiene un ojo simple para percibir luz y oscuridad, así como también para detectar el movimiento de otros animales u objetos.
Por otra parte, su pared corporal está cubierta de gránulos, tubérculos o espinas; dichas protuberancias le permiten a la estrella obtener oxígeno del agua.

Hablemos de Fauna silvestre y turismo responsable:
En las últimas horas se a viralizado un vídeo de una señora con unos monos Araña ( Ateles geoffroyi ) , aunque el vídeo se ve hasta como algo " tierno o lindo" esto dista mucho de la realidad. En Costa Rica existe una ley que protege la vida silvestre ( aún que está no se aplica como debería o indica la misma ley ) está no fue hecha en vano ya que acciones como las que se aprecian en dicho video más que un bien le está haciendo un gran daño a estos animales, muy probablemente estos monos no tengan idea de cómo buscar alimento al estar acostumbrados a ser alimentados por las personas y este tipo de contacto genera un cambio de comportamiento en estos animales pudiendo llegar a ser sumamente agresivos si no reciben alimento, ellos no reconocen a la señora en si lo que reconocen es la bolsa de mamones que está carga y el problema surgirá cuan un visitante no lleve comida y estos lo ataquen por no recibir su tan esperado bocadillo las heridas que un mono sin importar la especie puede causar es bastante severa y hasta fatal en caso de niños ( en el caso de la señora está debería saberlo al ser propietaria de un sitio de manejo. Zoonosis: el riesgo de contagios virales es sumamente alto cuando se dan este tipo de interacciones poniendo en riesgo tanto el animal como al ser humano.
Tráfico de fauna silvestre: al existir animales silvestres con este tipo de mascotizacion se vuelven presas faciles para los traficantes de animales en especial cuando hay crías como es el caso de los monos en el vídeo, muchos de estos animales terminan siendo mascotas de alguien, en un laboratorio, zoológico o en el peor de los casos terminan convertidos en una exótica prenda de vestir . Ver casos como estos es una alerta de la poca educación que hay en el país en cuanto al tema de fauna silvestre y turismo responsable incluso dentro de las mismas instituciones públicas que deberían verla por qué cosas así no sucedan y con ello es notable que hay muchísimo en que trabajar y mejorar por el bienestar de todos.
