Exclusive villa with beautiful mountain and ocean views with private pool in Uvita, Costa Rica. 🌊🐋🏡🌴☀️🇨🇷 Plenty of parking space inside the property.

Amazing ocean view in a brand new villa with private access to the beach. Easy access from the highway, no 4x4 needed to reach the property. Unique hand made furnitures make the villa stand out with a elegantly designed kitchen with top of the line appliances. The upstairs has a living room with a tv and a dedicated work space.There is an outdoor shower and bathroom next to the pool, as well as a

bbq grill and a wood burning pizza oven. The villa is located only a few minutes from the center of Uvita by car. Restaurants, banks, grocery stores, shops, Marino Ballena National park as well as several beautiful waterfalls are also nearby. The property has its own trail leading to Marino Ballena National Park on the more secluded side of the famous whale's tail beach. You can take a quick easy 5 minute hike to the beach from the villa. On the first floor there are two hammocks, a BBQ stove with gas, sun bathing beds, an outside table for up to eight people. Each room has a perfect view of the ocean and jungle as well. Not to mention the breathtaking sunsets every day. Each room comes with a private bathroom with shower. One room has a SMART TV. Upstairs on the terrace we have provided rocking chairs, coffee tables and an extra table for four. There's also a living room filled with bean bags and a small terrace looking over the street. The swimming pool has night lights. Around the pool you can find an outdoors shower and bathroom. We have provided pool floats as well as boogie boards for you to use while you're here. You can park up to 5 cars in the parking area. There's also a separate room with washing and drying machine. If you want we can also provide a private chef who prepares different meals as you wish for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well for extra cost. If desired we can also help you organize tours during your visit to make it more memorable. Feel free to contact us. You can give a deposit what you get back when you leave the house in order.
