Naš apartman se nalazi u kultnom delu Vračara na Čuburi koji je jedan od najlepših delova centralnog Beograda, a prostire se duž ulica Maksima Gorkog i Cara Nikolaja II, između Neimara i Kalenić pijace. Iako se nalazi u samom srcu urbanog Beograda, Čuburski park unosi svežinu i hlad, a tu je i da nas podseti na nekadašnju prirodnu idilu obronka nadomak prestonice. Jedna od najpoznatijih pijaca u gradu – Kalenić, nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini i savršeno upotpunjuje šarm ovog kraja. U neposrednoj blizini samog apartmana se nalaze Hram Svetog Save, muzeji, pozorišta, mnogobrojne specijalističke klinike, stomatološke ordinacije, fakulteti, restorani, noćni klubovi kao i fudbalski stadioni Partizana i Crvene Zvezde.
