Victor Tours is looking for a new team member for the " Travel Specialist" position.
Who are we:
Victor Tours is a Belgrade-based incoming tour operator and destination management company (DMC). In previous years, we've done some really cool things... We've made a couple of thousands of visitors return to their home countries with excellent impressions about Serbia and the Balkans; we made a broad network of partners from various corners of the world; we've invested a lot of effort in spreading the good voice about Belgrade, Serbia, the Balkans region, and much more.
Now we are looking for a new team member for the "Travel Specialist" position.

• good verbal and written communication skills

• positive attitude
• a reasonable understanding of international travel trends
• knowledge of other languages except English will be considered an advantage
Tasks:
• designing programs and itineraries for tours in Serbia and the Balkans region for groups and individuals
• communication with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences
• communications and negotiations with service providers: hotels, restaurants, guides, and transport companies
• building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners
• coordinating travel packages, including transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• monitoring and reporting about the quality of realization of travel packages
• handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds
• collect and handle payments and keep financial statements and documents
• occasionally, other jobs common for a tour operator business
