The idea is borrowed from Brooklyn and Berlin and everywhere else that old warehouse spaces are being repurposed. But the Factory is 100 percent criollo, all Cuban.

Taxis and public transportation are abundant and very easy to access. We are very close to the Cuban Art Factory, a place for exhibitions, concerts, bars and nightlife par excellence in Havana, the Melia Cohiba hotel, the always popular malecón seawall and two blocks away from two main avenues of the city

If you want to explore the city and still enjoy a modern home and a beautiful neighborhood this is the place to stay

Taxis and public transport are easy to access. Restaurants, bars,art exhibits and concert venues are close. There's a beautiful park just a block away. We offer a great breakfast and if you want, all our knowledge of Cuba and its culture from the point of view of a young cuban family

The apartment has 2 air-conditioned rooms equipped with modern and silent air conditioner units, closets to store your belongings and very comfortable beds. Each room has a TV, safe and a minifridge stocked with water,beer and soft drinks.The bathroom has a tub besides hot and cold water.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities.We offer free laundry service (towels and sheets).

There's also a spacious living room and a separate dining room with the capacity to accommodate up to six people.

The apartment has been fully refurbished and all furniture and appliances are brand new.

It is situated on the ground floor.
