This entire apartment designed in modern colonial style with 109 m2 is locate in the groundfloor of one of the most beautiful buildings of the famous promenade Paseo del Prado, an architecturally very significant house from 1913

The apartment is located directly at the promenade “ Paseo del Prado” the most famous street of the capital of Cuba.

Mayada Cityapart is surrounded by the most important highlight of Old Havana like Capitol, National Museum of Modernn Arts, Parque Central as well as theaters, restaurants, bars, hotels and cafés and only few steps away from the sea promenade ‘Malecón habanero’.

We rent the whole apartment with europpean standard, direct, independent entrance and capacity for 6 Person, on request, we can add 2 single beds for kids or additional guest.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds , 2 bathrooms, large living room with 5 m high ceiling large glass windows with view to Prado, dining room, patio, complete kitchen, Wifi, guest computer and all necessary facilities for a confortable stay.

Our English-German speaking team receives our guest with a welcome cocktail and refreshing towels. Our team shows the apartment and give all necessary information for a pleasant stay in our premises as well as general review of important facilities and highlights nearby.

More than a Casa Particular.
Welcome to Villa Mayada, our beach house, with ocean view!

You live alone in a detached house surrounded by a garden and facing the ocean, right in front of the beach with a roof terrace , little pool and sea view as well as a very green tropical garden. We rent the whole villa with 2 bedrooms with king zise bed, 2 bathrooms, living room, diningroom all spaces with separate exit to the garden. Minimalistic design with European service standard.

The beach house is near to all important facilities like market, farmers market, bank, hospital, restaurants , bars, etc. Taxis, Bus ato any part of the city are accessible on foot from the our beach house.

The villa is located 25 min away from Old Havana and 40 min away from the Airport.

Villa Mayada was my own private house, the first inspiration for our Oasis Concept. Thanks to the support of our family and my sister May in the first year and the trust in the future of my country help me to create this green and clear oasis in the middle of our reality.
