Group holiday by camper in Cuba

Time flies when you are having fun, that is what we use to say... We guess that is true. Already three weeks went by with our first group tour from Germany. Just now the whole group returned their campers at the base at Bello Caribe hotel. Our colleagues with Cuba on the Road welcomed them with fresh fruits. They had a lovely holiday, stay tuned for a nice interview we had with one of the guests who speaks perfectly Spanish. Havana city tour in an old-timer

Before collecting their campervans to start their real adventure, the guests had a couple of days to explore Havana. Of course you need to do that in classic cars! Thank you ACSI for the nice video. Cuban Culture in Rome We were invited by the Cuban Embassy in Rome to a special event promoting Cuba among the touroperators in Italy. They surprised us with a show performed by the National Cuban Circus. The circus or El Circo has a long history in Cuba starting in the 18th century. In 1977 a real Circus school was established in Havana, each performer has to follow this rigorous 4 years' study including, ballet lessons, drama, make-up lessons and much more. The Circus has won several international awards during the years among others at the The Riva del Garda Festival in Italia and the Festival of Montecarlo. Here an impression, enjoy! We are a privately-owned tour operator, with offices in Havana, Miami (USA), Florence (Italy), offering holidays to and from Cuba in a pioneering way.

The Italian owner, Mr Claudio Cardini, fell immediately in love with Cuba and her people when he first set foot on our island approximately 20 years ago. He decided he wanted to help Cuba by bringing a new kind of tourism to the country. A kind of tourism no one ever thought would be possible in Cuba.

As the owner of the leading company for incoming tourism in Italy for almost 40 years, he knows exactly what travelers are looking for when visiting a new place. Comfort, safety, culture, nature, sports, time to relax and get in touch with the locals.

His goal is to show the world what a wonderful special country Cuba is with so much to offer, most of all her beautiful, friendly people, always welcoming guests with a smile, problems do not exist.

With Daiquiri Tours he is able to do exactly what he has in mind, creating possibilities for travelers to come visit Cuba in the way they prefer. No wish, no demand is too much, we will do anything in our power to fulfill any request, of course always with respect to the country, the people.

Always looking for innovations and improvements Mr. Cardini decided to create a special project. Nobody could ever imagine it possible to have campervans in Cuba, he had the courage to bring new Italian made motorhomes to Cuba for rent, along with Piaggo scooters and E-bikes, thus ‘Cuba on the Road’ was born.

Finally, last year he added the travel agency Divitour to the group, offering specialized tours, excursions and incentives with the use of the Whisper devices. He also created a new Hotel group ECVcaribe, with the hotels Costasur, Complejo Vedado – St.Johns and the recently opened Hotel Vedado Habana 500, introducing a new kind of accommodation for travelers to Cuba.
