This spacious and cozy apartment is rented entirely, you have full privacy and you can use the whole apartment with the people that came with you. Owners doesn't live near, however they are available 24hrs in case you need them. Guests can relax in the spacious living room with it four rocking chairs to watch TV, listen music or simple enjoy the breeze. Also the terrace with one table and two chairs, nice to enjoy breakfast , wine, coffee or a Cuban cigarette whenever you like. It contains a full-featured kitchen (cooking is allowed) with a gas or electrical cooker, rice cooker, dishes and all kind of cooking accessories; two fridges. The kitchen is connected with the living room by an elegant bar where you can prepare and serve you r favorite dishes and pass them to your companions while chatting and listen music, or you can sit on the bar stool to degust your meals and drinks. The balcony has a corridor where you can contemplate the beach which is crossing the Beach Avenue (a very low traffic street that is at a side of the beach). The apartment has two bedrooms available, one of them has a king bed and the other two double beds, and can sleep UP to 6 guests and a minimum of 2 guests. You can rent one room or both, in any case you will have entire privacy. If you rent only one room, the other will stay locked and unavailable for other guests. First bedroom has two comfortable double beds with their night table, large closed, fan and an air-conditioning unit. Second bedroom has a king bed with their night table, fan, an air-conditioning unit, a large closet and a mirror. The house also has a secure car slot which its rent is included in the house's price. Bed sheets and linen are provided and are changed every two days or when you needed. All rooms come with security lockers. And when you rent the apartment you will have the keys of it. Located in a centric and privileged place by being just couple of steps from the beach. Is 10 min walking from the Viazul Bus Station on 36 St. and half block from the local bus stop. Half block from the actual Varadero Hicacos Mall, with a huge variety of food, beverages, souvenirs, groceries, restaurants and cafeterias. And half block in the opposite direction, is the 24hrs. bakery "Doña Nelly". For entertainment you can go to bowling or pooling on 47 St. center "La Bolera de la 47" or the "Todo en UNO" center on 54 St. Near us is the "Casa de la Música" night club where many Cuban famou groups plays. There are other near night clubs like "El Internacional", "El Castillito", "El Havana Club".
