Viking Explorers 2025: A Caminho da Marina Mindelo! 🚤

ARC+ 2024 - At Sea
The fleet are still following in the wake of Sizzle who has Piment Rouge in hot 🌶️ pursuit! Dave on O'Vive has reported the loss of spinnaker following wanting a top three finish too badly, but still managing a very respectable 8.6kn! Others in the fleet are taking things at a more leisurely pace, with Dagmar enjoying freshly baked bread and hot showers thanks to their new hydrogenator! Fishing successes (and failures) have been reported, with Duet, Myrto and Imi Ola all catching mahi mahi today, sadly Les Papillons lost their lucky lure!

In other wildlife related news, a flying fish managed to land on the bimini of Avanti 6+ meters from the waterline, before making its way onto the bow and back into the sea! That's got to be some kind of record!

With the first arrivals expected in tomorrow afternoon, the majority of the fleet are now officially sailing in the tropics having crossed the Tropic of Cancer.

Na próxima quarta-feira, 6 de novembro a Marina Mindelo irá receber 27 Iates da REGATA RALLYE DES ILES DU SOLEIL, com aproximadamente 90 tripulantes de diversas nacionalidades.
