FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING:
Als Reservations and Operations Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van reserveringen en operationele taken om een vlotte en naadloze ervaring voor onze klanten te garanderen. Je zult werken in een stimulerende omgeving waar flexibiliteit, teamwerk en proactiviteit centraal staan.
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
- Beheer van reserveringen en boekingen, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail en online platforms.
- Coördinatie van operationele activiteiten om te zorgen voor een soepele uitvoering van onze trips.
- Communicatie met klanten om vragen te beantwoorden, problemen op te lossen en een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
- Assistentie verlenen aan andere teamleden en bijdragen aan een positieve werkomgeving.
VEREISTEN:
- Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands. Kennis van Spaans, Papiaments, Duits en/of Portugees is een pre.
- Flexibel inzetbaar, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen, volgens een roulatieschema.
- Bereidheid om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving en te reageren op ad-hoc operationele behoeften.
- Uitstekende teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Georganiseerd en in staat om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
- Bereidheid om uitdagingen aan te gaan en initiatief te tonen.
