I have always been extremely passionate about property and furnish each home as if I would be living there myself. Now I am not perfect but one thing I can say is that I welcome feedback from each and every guest to ensure you feel welcome and have a memorable and enjoyable stay. re and enclosed gardens and is situated just across the road from Nissi beach. Suitable for families, wedding groups and responsible individuals.

Yet another 5 star review at Villa Sofia
Villa Sofia is a beautiful very well equipped villa with an amazing pool and very large spacious garden area giving you the opportunity of some fantastic outdoor living space which we enjoyed so much. The brilliant location meant everything was accessible within a few minutes walk, shops restaurants and the main Nissi beach. Kash was a fantastic host and always available and responsive immediately day and night with any questions that we had. We can not wait to come back to villa Sofia again in the future.

We had a great stay in December, it is 10 mins. walk away from Nissi beach, which we loved and we even found a couple of restaurants which were open in the winter season.

"Kash is a great host, very responsive and extremely friendly. The villa is lovely with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge private garden with pool and situated just across the road from the famous Nissi beach. All amenities are within easy reach of a few mins walk. Ideal location. Highly Recommend"

The villa has had a major revamp. New furniture throughout. New beds and mattresses. Freshened up inside and we installed a brand new tiled pool.

Villa Sofia is having a make over......Now that covid is starting to sound like a common cold, we have been able to organise works having listened to our guests over the past year or so.

We are installing a brand new tiled pool and removing the old lino one. We will be replacing all the beds & mattresses and furnishings. The inside will have a lick of paint and have even installed a brand new dishwasher since some guests complained the old one worked when it wanted too. (Sounds familiar!!)

We are at 50% of bookings so far this year, so if you are still thinking of taking a holiday, you better get your skates on.......

Recent regulations now that Cyprus has been announced on the Amber list

Travellers returning from amber list counties will need to:

Take a private Covid test in their holiday destination, before returning
Fill in a passenger locator form online before leaving their destination
Self-isolate at home for 10 days
Take a private PCR test on or before day two of their arrival in England and again on day eight
Take an optional further PCR test on day five, under the existing test to release scheme, to end self-isolation early
