This time of year I like to post something fun, it's my attempt to inject some positivity and lift spirits with the lead up to Christmas but I know this year has been tough for many and with the current state of global affairs it's very easy to slip into anxiety and worry about the future, especially if you are an empath.⭐️
The pandemic has affected many and still is. Life isn't easy with the way cost of living is going. We count our blessings and personally try not to feed into worry and focus on all the good things we have in life and I don't mean materialistic (my car is 30 years old trust me - those of you have been in my vintage baby give me a 🙌) the important things count, family and health over anything.
This year, I want to dedicate my Christmas Fun post to giving and today I offer encouragement to anyone who wants to accept my gift 🎁

Doing things on repeat is the hardest thing you can do. Doing it again and again, it's not easy, who enjoys waking up at the break of dawn to do the deadly commute or to hit that gym session or that heavily congested school run every day? But we do it and we can do it for anything we want to apply ourselves to. That's the magic of the law of attraction ✨️
With new years kicking in, it's that time of self reflection and resolutions, we all want to get better and be better, I do, it's what drives me and thrives me.
