with extra electric fans and fly screens to aid the flow of cool air in the summer. This pleasant private location will enable you to enjoy al fresco dining whilst providing spectacular views as our villa is positioned in possibly one of the prime spots in the area due to it having unbroken views of the Mediterranean Sea, untouched countryside and the Besparmak mountain range. Located on the lower part of the hillside but in an unrivalled elevated position immediately behind the popular Escape Beach and Sports Club, this villa provides its guests with the proximity to what are no doubt the very best beaches, sports and recreational facilities, restaurants, bars and shops. Kyrenia Harbour is 15 minutes drive with some breathtaking views of the sea, ancient harbour and castle, whilst also offering fantastic bars, tavernas, casinos and restaurants. For those who love shopping the many winding harbour town streets offer a full diversity of the most modern Boutique and quaint Turkish shops. Northern Cyprus is Turkish with the Turkish Lira as it's currency - unlike the South, which is Greek with the Euro, everything in the North is much cheaper than back home including fuel, groceries, dining out and drinks. The weather is hot and sunny from February 'till December. The exchange rate is currently very attractive. Hire cars are right hand drive as they drive on the left as in the UK
