«Αυτό που γνωρίζουμε από τις τάσεις σήμερα είναι ότι οι άνθρωποι αλλάζουν συνεχώς και αναζητούν νέες εμπειρίες για τα ταξίδια τους και την αναψυχή τους. Ο λόγος που ταξιδεύουν και θα ταξιδεύουν είναι για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και για αναψυχή από αυτές τις ομάδες ταξιδιωτών και κάποιοι ως άτομα.
Αυτό που θα αλλάξει είναι ότι τα ξενοδοχεία θα αναγκαστούν να προσφέρουν ξεχωριστές εμπειρίες μέσα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο για τους διαφορετικούς τύπους επισκεπτών.
Οι ξενοδόχοι θα αναγκαστούν, όπως κάνουν πάντα, να βελτιώσουν τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εξυπηρετούν τις ανάγκες αναψυχής των επισκεπτών, όπως οικογένειες, ζευγάρια με τη χρήση της τεχνολογίας αλλά αυτή την φορά θα είναι πιο προκλητικό. Οι ξενοδόχοι έχουν την υποχρέωση να προσφέρουν και να σχεδιάσουν το προϊόν τους με βάση τις συγκεκριμένες ανάγκες του ταξιδιώτη με πιο εξατομικευμένες υπηρεσίες και βελτιωμένη εκ των προτέρων ειδοποίηση για το τι να περιμένει ο επισκέπτης και τι θα του παρουσιάσουν ακριβώς «έγκαιρα» όπως αναμενόταν και κάτι τι περισσότερο που θα τον αφήσει με μια ανεπανάληπτη εμπειρία σε όλους τους τομείς είτε επαγγελματικούς είτε οικογενειακούς είτε τους μοναχικούς ταξιδιώτες σαν άτομα!
Τα ξενοδοχεία και οι επισκέπτες τους θα έχουν μεγαλύτερη σύνδεση με το τοπικό περιβάλλον, προσφέροντας τους την προσωπική σύνδεση με την τοπική κουλτούρα, να νιώσουν πως ότι κάνουμε το κάνουμε μαζί και δεν είναι κάποιος αριθμός για εμάς αλλά άτομα με προσωπικότητα. Θα υπάρχουν περισσότερα σχέδια προσανατολισμένα στους επισκέπτες, ένα σχέδιο που αλλάζει συνεχώς μορφή, δημιουργικό, καινοτόμο.
Οφείλουμε και έχουμε υποχρέωση να κατέβουμε από τα γραφεία και που και που να βλέπουμε τους επισκέπτες μας αφιερώνοντας μέρες για προσωπικές επαφές στον δικό τους χώρο.
Τα ξενοδοχεία θα σκέφτονται διαφορετικά, θα είναι πιο υγιή και θα προσφέρουν άμεση ικανοποίηση. Τα ξενοδοχεία θα είναι μια εμπειρία επισκεπτών που αγγίζει όλες τις αισθήσεις.”

What is the future of the Tourism Industry?
“What we know from the trends today is that people are constantly changing and looking for new experiences for their travel and leisure. The reason they travel and will travel is for business and for leisure by these groups of travelers and some as individuals.
What will change is that hotels will be forced to offer distinct experiences within the same hotel for different types of guests.
Hoteliers will be forced, as they always do, to improve the way they serve the leisure needs of guests such as families, couples with the use of technology but this time it will be more challenging. Hoteliers have an obligation to offer and design their product based on the specific needs of the traveler with more personalized service and improved advance notice of what to expect and what will be presented to the guest just "on time" as expected and something what more that will leave him with an unrepeatable experience in all areas whether business or family or the lonely travelers as individuals!
The hotels and their guests will have a greater connection with the local environment, offering them the personal connection with the local culture, to feel that everything we do we do together and they are not some number for us but people with personality. There will be more visitor-oriented design, a design that is constantly changing form, creative, innovative.
We owe and have an obligation to get down from the offices and see our guests every now and then, devoting days for personal contacts in their own space.
Hotels will think differently, be healthier and offer instant gratification. The hotels will be a guest experience that touches all the senses.”
