For security and privacy the rear of the property is completely fenced in and private, there are no immediate neighbours so it is quiet and has a lovely serene feel to it. Parking is easy, with an enclosed and shaded carport, large drive and plenty of space on the quiet road. Air-conditioning units are installed in each room, along with oil-fired central heating radiators for the cooler winter months if required. There is also a fireplace in the main living area. The garden area has a large dining table under a shaded arbour enhanced with gorgeous bougainvillea; there are lounging areas surrounding the large private pool with comfortable sofas and sun loungers and of course the essential BBQ for those lazy days around the pool.
