Our Everest base camp team reached their goal today getting caught in a snow storm on the way. Everyone is safe and relaxing at Gorak Shep after a long push today. Well done everyone!

Our Mera Peak team smashed the Guinness World Record today for the highest altitude fitness session by just under half a vertical kilometer. The views on the way to the summit were unbeatable and the training on the peak literally was breathtaking

The two day summit push with the Guinness world record attempt starts today for our Mera peak group. Our Everest base camp group heads to Lobuche today and then breaks the 5000m barrier the following day with their push to base camp. No Internet for the next couple of days. Updating again after the peak. Hopefully all goes well

Our Everest base camp team all made it to Dingboche. A few headaches and tired faces but still going strong. Tomorrow they have a ‘rest day’ where they will stay in the same place… after climbing a small mountain 😬🤘

A beautiful high altitude lake at 4500m today on the way to our base camp. Everyone is doing well and has reached 5000m. Next, it’s time for some crampons and ice axes up to the high camps

Yesterday our two groups parted at Lukla airport: the Everest Base Camp team went north and the Guinness World Record team went East… this was our emotional goodbye! Reunion in ten days ❤️
