The great Monohull vs. Catamaran Debate part 1:

-Size:
Catamarans offer huge useable space for guests aboard, including larger cabins, salon, and deck space making plenty of room for dinner and drinks, and generally more room to spread out (great for guests with kids!) Fly bridges on most models also mean more privacy en route. For larger group sizes this also allows space for extra amenities like larger fridges, AC/generators, watersports, etc.

-Speed:
The multi-hull design equates to faster cruising speeds, getting you and your guests where you’re going faster and spending more time exploring!

-Comfort:
A wider footprint offers a more classic experience more conducive to anchoring out overnight. They barely heel over, which makes seasickness less of an issue. With less adjustment to life onboard in general, the increased cost of a catamaran is easily a worthwhile and appealing choice.
