Olivia Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few meters from Cyprus University and 350 meters from the closest bus stop. We’re also very close to Athalassa National Park, Nicosia’s biggest and most beautiful park.

You can park your car free of charge in our covered parking space.

To catch a ride into the city center, the bus is your best bet. The closest bus stop is only 350 meters from the apartment. If you want to explore Nicosa by bike, and it’s not too hot, you can also rent bikes on the main square. For directions, just ask.

To get to and from Larnaca airport, we recommend Kapnos airport shuttle, which leaves from the Aglantzia area every day about once an hour. For more information, check out their website.

The Liberty Monument is on the Podocatro Bastion of the city walls, close to the old aqueduct and a couple of minutes walk from the Famagusta Gate.
The Liberty Monument was erected in 1973 to honor the anti-British EOKA fighters of the Cyprus Emergency of 1955–1959. It is located at the Podocattaro Bastion of the Venetian walls.
The large monument contains several statues. Atop the structure, a statue representing liberty watches over two heroic EOKA fighters pulling chains to open a prison gate, allowing Greek Cypriot prisoners, peasants, and clergy (represented by various statues) to escape British rule.

Located on the south-eastern edge of the city of Lefkosia (Nicosia), Athalassa National Forest Park has a total area of 840 hectares and is an oasis of greenery with many endemic, indigenous trees, shrubs and herbs.

Its network of trails - covering 20 kilometres - makes it a popular place for cycling, walking and dog walking (on a designated pathway). A park to walk, run or cycle. The best place for training in Nicosia. One gets the impression that they are in a forest. There is also a lake in the park something that makes Athalassa a very friendly destination for families with children.

Costas Varotsos’ The Poet is a multi-layered sculpture made out of 15 tons of broken glass donated by the DESTE Foundation to the City of Nicosia, Cyprus. Originally created for the 1983 exhibition 7 Greek Artists: A New Journey, this sculpture represents both a remarkable example of contemporary art production and a creative statement made by the convergence of parallel cultural interests; the collaboration of public and private initiative.
As the title of the sculpture implies, Varotsos intended to create a piece which would represent the power inherent in the artist’s world, the sharpness of one of his greatest tools: language. For Varotsos, language is the instrument that can cut through the world of established images at moments of intellectual and spiritual immobility. It is the mental implement that can destroy and attack while, at the same time, recompose, create, and regenerate both the mind and the senses. Consequently, the choice of glass as material stands for a series of multiple meanings: fragility and aggressiveness, transparency and obstruction, light and volume.
The Poet is a man of all times and of all places; an image that both repels and allures the spectator; a creature that soars over one’s head, looking down both in an aggressive and benign way. The Poetaccompanied Varotsos’ dreams throughout his life, finally taking form and volume after his encounter with Cyprus. Not only is the sculpture, now standing by the walls of Nicosia near the Famagusta Gate, the product of an artist from Greece, but also the result of a close and creative collaboration between two cultural entities, Cyprus and Greece. Olivia Apartment, is located just a few meters from Cyprus University, very close to the Athalassa National Park-the biggest Park in the City and 450 meters from the bus station.
The flat is on second floor with elevator and have a great Mountain view (Pentadaktilos Mountain).
The flat is comfortable and nice, well equipped with all the necessary facilities to make your staying in Nicosia unforgettable.

The apartment is an open space with a TV area, table where you can eat and full accessories kitchen where you can prepare your meals. A well organized kitchen area in the flat will give you the chance to prepare your 5-star dishes thanks to the ventilated oven and the well furnished accessories including.

The apartment has bath. At a bedroom area, a big bed (1,60x1,90 m) will give you release after a pleasurable and a productive day.

A comfortable sofa will help you planning your day to decide which hystorical places and museum visit in the city, while enjoying your Free Nespresso Ristretto coffe and get ready for the day or just relaxing wachting the 41" TV. For the very hot summer days, you can relax and sleep well using a high quality air-condition (Daikin). Summer days and night can be very hot in Nicosia.
If you are in Nicosia for work, you will find very useful the secretaire located in one corner of the bedroom that you can use as a desk for your lap-top and your documents.
Wi Fi internet unlimited connection is avaliable and free .

The neighboorhood is very well serviced.
There are a lot of shops, supermarkets (Lidl and Sklavenitis). The Mall of Cyprus is very close, (4.9 Km, 7 min driving) and you can found everything, like cinema, pizzeria, restaurants, Coffee shops.

Close to the building, in the main square you can rent bikes.

The flat is well connected with transportations, it is very easy to reach Larnaca airport , thanks to the shuttle (Kapnos) that leaves from Aglantzia area.

In the building there is undercover area where you can park your car free of charge.
