We are a group of academic advisors who have over 50 years of educational experience between us. We really care about where students go to study and we want to see them succeed. We know that each student is different and hundreds have come to us over the years telling us of the different types of problems they have faced with their university work. Problems that are so easily solved but seem to be

huge at the time! For some students the problem is language, for others it is trying to understand how the professor wants a particular assignment to be presented, others just want to give in a perfect piece of work with no grammatical mistakes and many want to know whether their work is up to scratch. We have even seen some students falter because they have lacked the self confidence to ask their tutor for help.
