Initially, the company was working with only 100 liters of milk per day, and the family put everything they had into their business. The Atanur family worked hard to understand the needs of their customers and develop products to satisfy those needs. This customer orientation has helped the company grow and prosper over the years. lk a day. The company's motto continues to be "produce the best products to earn customer satisfaction and trust". Building close relationships with customers to please them at every step of the way has been part of the company's everyday business. In 1997, Özlem Akay Dairy completed the construction of their third and current factory, a 2600 square meter facility, in the industrial zone. This factory now works with up to 30 tons of milk per day and produces only Halloumi cheese. Two generations of family members utilize their 46 years of experience and know-how in halloumi making, as well as developing unique techniques to distinguish itself and its products from others. Products are tested daily in the company's own laboratories by experienced chemists, and the company is now in the process of implementing HACCP procedures.
Özlem Akay Dairy has been exporting Halloumi cheese to Turkey, the Middle East and Arab countries since 2004, under its own brand names and 12 different private labels.
