I am thinking to rent out Ladera Cottage for 3 to 6 months. A lot of money was spent on it a few months ago including a new roof terrace. Ideally to a mature couple who will look after the property and seeking interim accommodation/or want to stay here over the winter, with no children or pets. It is just a couple of minutes walk to the village restaurants/bars and the Dolmus. It is fully equipped as a 2 bedroom holiday rental. The plunge pool and waterfall is beautiful and a stunning feature at night. The Cottage has a 4-Poster, is very traditional, and with thick stone walls it is both warm in winter and cool in summer. Well after a great deal of hard work through June 2023 and a great deal of expenditure, Ladera Cottage is looking fantastic again with a brand new roof terrace, and the beautiful pool regrouted and repaired and looking stunning!
