Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy and Cancellation:
To confirm your reservation, the Hotel requests an advanced payment deposit of 30% of the total amount for the entire stay. The remaining nights must be paid at check-in and any other expenses incurred during the stay, must be paid before check-out (up to 12 noon).
In case of No-Show, there will be no refund of the advance deposit.
Early departure/Cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honour this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to 1 day cancellation fees during Low Season and 3 days cancellation fees during High Season.
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival the Hotel will refund the advance deposit but is entitled to deduct 5% of the total amount for the entire stay for administration fees.
WIRELESS INTERNET IS AVAILABLE IN PUBLIC AREAS AND CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE(WIFI Cards: €5 for 90 min. and €10 for 200 min.).
