Sophias Sea View Luxury villas are three brand new ,spacious ,private villas with a distinctly, modern, Mediterranean style, situated amongst the lush banana plantations and citrus groves in the small village of Kissonerga. The villas accommodate up to six guests each offering three immaculate , en-suite bedrooms , decorated tastefully with fresh white sheets and a relaxing soft colour palette. On the walls large frames pictures show lovely photographs of the stunning views and landscapes found locally in and around Paphos.
The open plan living/dining area has a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table , dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cooker and oven.The lounge has comfortable seating for six, a TV and sliding doors leading out to the private pool. Free wi-fi and Android box for your entertainment. The villa has air-conditioning throughout for both cooling and heating and is included in the rental price.
The large patio area has an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool where six sunbeds and umbrellas provide a place to relax under the palm trees and quiet gardens.
The roof garden has a BBQ, sink, fridge and dining area where you can experience unspoiled sunsets and fabulous sea views.
All three villas have private parking and are situated at the end of a short and quiet road. The family friendly beach with cafe/restaurant is 400m away, bus stop 300m, archaeological places of interest 100m, restaurants, supermarket, bars and childrens play park 200-500m .
Other tourists attractions with in walking distance are the church of Metamorphosis, the archeological round houses (Mosphilia) and the ancient village well . Kings Avenue Mall, the harbour, Paphos castle , lighthouse , Roman Odeon, mosaics , Paphos market and center(Kennedy square) ,Tala Monastery , Coral Bay beach, Seaview beach bar , Cynthiana Beach, Sandy Beach Bar are all two-ten minutes drive(these places can also be visited by bus from the bus stop 300m away) .
15minute drive to paphos Zoo, St. George harbour(Pegeia), Edro III shipwreck and Paphos Luna Park.
