In 2019 we finished building our 1st beautiful and cozy dream-place and since February 2020 we are happy to welcome our very first guests!
The Location
Island Home Seaside Villa - is a cozy all-year-around holiday villa located in Protaras - one of the most picturesque and favourite touristic area of Cyprus. Just 400 meters away from one of the most beautiful lagoon of the area - the Fireman’s Bay.
Situated on the east side of the Island, family-friendly Protaras covers approximately 5km of the golden Famagusta Coastline, which is famous for its amazing beaches and lagoons.
Year-around sunshine, a warm climate and sandy beaches.
Protaras is one of the most popular diving destinations with some of the best dive sites of Cyprus and the East Med.
Green Bay being the most popular dive site with thousands of first timers trying scuba skills.
Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs and associated facilities. Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism.
Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
The Villa Space
Brand new Island Home is a cozy villa with a private swimming pool with whirlpool bath surrounded by bamboos and palm trees.
You can enjoy your sun bath at one of the lounge areas: there are sun beds, garden swings, sofa and pillows in the garden.
You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at beautiful outdoor covered dining area.
Fully equipped BBQ Area includes both the advanced easy in use Gas and Charcoal Grills, the sink and the Ice Box to chill drinks. All the necessary accessories and tools are at your disposal as well.
The House is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lemon and grapefruits trees, palm trees, bamboos, pomegranate and mango trees, natural grass and bougainvilleas.
You can park the car at covered area. The garage door is automatic.
The House
The villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished with modern interior items and furniture from Bo Concept and Kare Design.
There is seating space in the living room where you can watch Smart flat-screen TV or enjoy to listen to your favorite music from our Bluetooth Marshall acoustic system.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG and Kitchen Aid kitchen appliances and all the necessary table ware items.

There are 3 Bedrooms in the house. All of them are designed in minimal relaxing Island Style. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioner and USB power socket.
