Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

Διαχείριση ερωτημάτων και κρατήσεων πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email και διαδικτυακών πλατφορμών
Παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και διασφάλιση ικανοποίησης των πελατών
Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και ενημέρωση των συστημάτων κρατήσεων
Άμεση και επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων ή παραπόνων των πελατών
Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την εξασφάλιση άριστης παροχής υπηρεσιών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
Η γνώση της ρωσικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ένα περιβάλλον γρήγορων ρυθμών
Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τμήμα κρατήσεων ή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών προτιμάται αλλά δεν είναι υποχρεωτική
Εμπειρία στη χρήση συστημάτων κρατήσεων και άλλων εφαρμογών υπολογιστή αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα

1. Reservations Department Staff

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Managing bookings and updating reservation systems
• Assisting with any customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Necessary Qualifications:
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an extra advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in reservations or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and other computer applications is a plus
