Built in 2009, the complex offers a variety of villas at different prices according to their luxury facilities. The location of the villas is very convenient - near the center of the tourist resort of Pernera in Protaras. They are only 100-200 meters from the seafront where you will find many stunning sandy beaches that are the best on the coast of Cyprus. Facilities include:

- WiFi Internet acce

ss (FREE), 36'' LED TV, DVD player, Satellite TV.

- Air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living area.

- The Villas include a modern fitted kitchen with Amana microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer and other electrical appliances. The Villas also include a Washing Machine.

- Furniture: 2 single beds (sleeps 2), 2 double beds (sleeps 4), 2-3 Sofas (depending on which villa). Cot available on request.

- The villa is cleaned after all departures and prepared for new arrivals with clean linen and towels.

- Outdoors: Terrace, private pool, 70-135 squared meters private garden (varies depending on which villa), shower, sun beds, Rattan garden furniture with a tent, a professional custom-built BBQ in one of the villas and ready-made BBQ in the others.

- 2 Safe-boxes are installed in each of the villas.

- The Villas are meticulously maintained and outfitted by the owner who lives in Paralimni. So in case of any emergency, you can phone the owner and he will be with you in less than 10 minutes. Rental rates range from €790 to €1970 per week depending on the period the booking is for and depending on the villa.
