Located on a beautiful hillside of Peyia this charming Mediterranean villa offers you comfortable & spacious accommodation for a truly relaxing holiday for couples and families with kids alike. This Villa is a great choice for those who wish to be close to the beaches and amenities. The space The large 8m x 4m private swimming pool is complete with sun loungers, patio furniture and even with friendly outdoor toys to keep kids happy and busy after exploring the very popular surrounding area or while dining with friends and family. The villa consists of two levels with a sea-themed decor. The upper floor boasts 3 airy bedrooms with the master bedroom equipped with private ensuite and a king size bed while the two other bedrooms share a generous bathroom. Unobstructed sea views, pool views and colourful sunsets can be enjoyed from the verandas of all three bedrooms. The spacious ground floor comprises an open plan, bright lounge and dining area, both adjacent to the swimming pool and the sun terrace, creating a true relaxation atmosphere while you enjoy a cocktail or while you have your evening meal from one of the many nearby restaurants offering traditional Greek and international cuisines. The villa is fully equipped with a complete set of cooking, BBQ and kitchen utensils for adults and kids, with all the basic electrical appliances such as iron and ironing board, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee and tea maker, toaster, electric water kettle, sandwitch and toast maker as well as a Cyprus traditional Frappe mixer. For our guests entertainment and relaxation, the villa provides Free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, lots of PlayStation DvDs and Movies, Magazines, Reading and Crossword Books in English language, Air-Conditioning in all rooms, 2 Cot Beds, 2 High chairs, Baby Bath Tub, 6 Sun Lounge chairs, Parasols, Ceiling fans, Indoor play corner with items for any age as well as Pool Inflatables, Bed Linens, Bath, Face, Hand and Pool towels as well as soaps. The villa is also eqquiped with CHILD SAFETY GATE which is located on the first floor before the stairs.
