Villa Hannah is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa within a very select development of other luxury villas and bungalows in Coral Bay. Tasteful and stylish, this newly built villa is furnished to a high standard, with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Villa Hannah is only a 5-minute walk to Corallia Beach, where there are water sports, cafes, safe shallow waters and of course great sunbathing. So

ak up the sunshine by the 8m x 4m south-facing swimming pool with sun beds, side tables, parasols, poolside shower, bistro table and chairs along with a full size stone BBQ, or sit under much-welcome shade of the terrace for alfresco dining. We cater for all types of guests with our comfortable, spacious villa offering accommodation for groups, families and couples. When you stay with us we aim to be the most attentive and helpful hosts possible. During your stay we will ensure you have the best experience, our management company are always on hand to offer directions and help finding things to do. Villa Hannah is a lovely holiday home located between the family resort area of Coral Bay, Paphos and the affluent Sea Caves area, Villa Hannah sleeps 6 persons with 3 bedrooms, recently restyled with a nautical theme, a large private south facing swimming pool where you can relax and soak up the glorious Cyprus sunshine.

But wait there’s more, the jewel in the crown is the location to the beach! It’s only 4 minutes walk!!At the beach you can snorkel, sunbathe, eat delicious food and drinks at the beach bar, whilst you watch the sun kiss the sky good night.

The centre of Coral Bay is just 5 mins on the bus or car from Villa Hannah with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Whether you're after morning pancake’s, afternoon treats or an delicious evening meal something will surely take your fancy

One question we often get asked is: “What is the weather like in ?” 🗓️

In Paphos the temperatures range from 17°C in February to a toasty 33°C in August.

May, June, July, August, September and October are the warmest months. With July & August being Jalapeño hot!

The island basks in an abundance of sunlight most of the year, making it a popular holiday destination
Paphos boasts an impressive average of 12.5 hours of sunshine per day in July, and a enjoyable 5.4 hours in December.

Situated close to south-west Asia, Cyprus enjoys one of the warmest climates in the Mediterranean region. This makes it an ideal destination to visit at any time of the year.

If your tempted to visit out of season, (November through to April) not only will you enjoy much more comfortable temperatures, the humidity is much less, oh and I can’t forget to mention the sunsets - just blumming gorgeous

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Hannah and are already talking about going back. Both the inside and outside are spacious, modern and clean. The pool was also lovely & clean and a great size. Location cannot be faulted, the plot itself is private and peaceful but just a few minutes walk from the beach and a nice bar/restaurant and supermarket. We did have a car but you could easily manage without. Vicky & James were both helpful, easily contacted and quick to respond. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Maisie

FANTASTIC Review just in ⭐️ Thank you for choosing to stay at Villa Hannah, we really loved having you all stay and we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon ☀️🏖️🇨🇾 I have only one word for Villa Hannah, FANTASTIC 😁. We have just come back from an 11 day stay here and wow, we were not disappointed. It really is home from home, the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We didn't hire a car for this trip, we used the buses which are excellent, you get the bus from coral bay beach which is across the road from the villa, they are every 15 minute, we got daysavers which are 6.50 euros per person, we used them everytime we used the bus. I would recommend trying Legends bar for food and drinks ( thats if you can tear yourself away from the Villa) especially on a Friday night as the act Ben Mills is very entertaining. James was a call away for anything we needed. I have never visited Paphos before and loved it but it was staying at Villa Hannah that made our holiday perfect. Thank you Vicky, Carl and James. We are already looking to book for next year 😁
